History
The original Woodbridge Public School was built on a 7 acre parcel of land and officially opened on October 14, 1949. As enrolment grew, several additions were added, a stage in the auditorium in 1952 and an additional 6 classrooms in 1957. In 2004 the Burwick Avenue School building was torn down to make way for a 5th rendition of Woodbridge Public School. The official re-opening celebration was on May 4, 2006.
Our school motto is "Together with spirit and PRIDE!"
The school mascot is a Lion.
